My passion for technology began during my time at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. I majored in audio/video production, where I learned all about different multimedia communication methods. During my studies, I was introduced to the world of multimedia and design. The audio-video program taught me how to become proficient in industry-standard software. I learned how to record and edit video footage appropriately and use digital audio applications such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, Pro Tools, and Logic. Other skills I obtained were graphic design and 3D animation using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Maya.
To stay up-to-date in the ever-changing world of multimedia design, I continue to practice and perfect my skills in these applications to meet professional and personal goals. Creating courses and training programs using innovative media presents an opportunity to develop my skills and passion for helping others learn. My graduate studies at the University of Cincinnati have expanded my knowledge in the education technology world. Besides my educational and professional goals, I enjoy making art, cooking, photography, biking, camping, tennis, and woodworking.
